Volunteer Support

We are constantly looking at ways to improve how we support Volunteers through Tawk Chat leveraging the Knowledge Base.

The role of our support team starts with:

  • Sign Up: Helping visitors to sign up to SkilledUp Life so that they can gain real Experience and Skills to improve their career prospects.
  • Complete Profile: Helping those who have signed up recently to complete their profile fully. Without a full profile, you are unlikely to secure a Volunteer Opportunity.
  • Fill gaps in Profile: Support team can review and advise on how to improve your profile.
  • Applying for best-fit Opportunities: It’s counter productive when Volunteers apply for large number of Opportunities. We suggest you do not apply for more than 2 and if no response is received within two weeks, explore more Opportunities.
  • Use built-in messaging to communicate with companies you are interested in Volunteering for.
