Grouping customers

Based on our interactions with our tech startup customers, we now have enough evidence to group them into three categories:

  • None committed (Impatient and short-termism): These tech startup customers subscribe to us to find SkilledUp Lifers quickly without setting up systems, processes and tools. They hardly engage with our team to learn and adopt best practices. In most cases, they get frustrated at ends with churn.
  • Standard: This type of customer is engaging and hungry to learn. They setup up systems, processes and tools taking our advice. They engage heavily with our team to learn and adopt best practices as much as possible.
  • Advanced: SkilledUp Life sets up systems, processes and tools on behalf of the customer delivering a robust and comprehensive solution. SkilledUp Life also lends a trained HR Volunteer to set up the team. This is offered as a service on top of the pricing plan on our website.
