This platform is useful for companies and investors alike. Companies can identify potential investors to raise funding and investors can identify companies that present the best investment opportunities.

About the Opportunity

The HR volunteer will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with Deal Lite’s goals. They will assist in organizational development initiatives and ensure effective performance and talent management. The volunteer will engage and retain volunteers, utilize HR analytics to drive decision-making, oversee recruitment processes, and ensure a seamless onboarding and off-boarding experience for all volunteers.

Volunteer Activities

Working with our CEO and Human Resource Team, your volunteer role includes:

  • Collaborate with leadership to create and execute an effective HR strategy that aligns with the company’s mission and values.
  • Develop and implement programs that support organizational development, volunteer engagement, and retention, ensuring that volunteers are well supported and equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to Team Leads on performance management processes, including coaching, feedback, and disciplinary actions where necessary.
  • Work with Team Leads to identify skills gaps and create training and development plans to support talent management and career development.
  • Conduct HR analytics and provide insights to management to make informed decisions about people management.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying recruitment needs to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new volunteers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

– Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and situations as they arise.
– Availability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.
– Comfortable working remotely and using online tools and software.

The HR Volunteer will have the opportunity to develop expertise in HR strategy development, organizational development, performance management, talent management, HR analytics, recruitment, and onboarding/off-boarding processes.
