Our Founder & CEO is struggling with managing his workload. The primary help you can provide is to make sure tasks delegated to others are implemented speedily and effectively.
Our needs
- Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent record keeping.
- Self-learner and ability to execute tasks without any supervision.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism.
Activities
Working with our Founder & CEO:
- Follow up with the team on the progression of delegated tasks.
- Keep a list of tasks against the CEO and ensure their completion.
- Assist where possible in clearing CEO tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, take notes and follow up with team members as required.
- Carry out research activities and co-ordinate with others.
Acquired Work Experience
This is a wonderful opportunity to begin your career in Admin. Use the opportunity to learn and gain as much Experience as possible.
