Our Founder & CEO is struggling with managing his workload. The primary help you can provide is to make sure tasks delegated to others are implemented speedily and effectively.

 

Our needs

  • Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent record keeping.
  • Self-learner and ability to execute tasks without any supervision.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism.

 

Activities

Working with our Founder & CEO:

  • Follow up with the team on the progression of delegated tasks.
  • Keep a list of tasks against the CEO and ensure their completion.
  • Assist where possible in clearing CEO tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings, take notes and follow up with team members as required.
  • Carry out research activities and co-ordinate with others.

 

Acquired Work Experience

This is a wonderful opportunity to begin your career in Admin. Use the opportunity to learn and gain as much Experience as possible.

  • Get a deeper understanding of the CEO assistance process.
  • Gain an understanding of the tech ecosystem.
