Opportunity Title: Digital Product Manager

Responsibilities:

– Define, document and drive the overall product strategy and roadmap for our digital products, considering market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.

– Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.

– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise features, and define product specifications.

– Work closely with the design team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience.

– Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, managing the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.

– Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product features and functionality.

– Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user analytics to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.

– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.

– Provide training and support to internal teams, including sales and customer support, to ensure a deep understanding of the product and its value proposition.

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital product management.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

– Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.

– Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product requirements.

– Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.

– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

– Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred. – Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user-centred design processes.

– Knowledge of web and mobile technologies, including APIs, databases, and analytics tools.

– Strong business acumen and ability to align product strategy with overall business goals.
