Role Overview: We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. As the 10th member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth functioning of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the CEO, including drafting emails, preparing presentations, and organizing documents.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating and tracking key projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
  • Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential partners to support strategic decision-making.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Information Management: Maintain and organize important company documents, files, and databases.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Duration:
Ability to commit 2-3 hours per day. 3 months ( 60 working days)
