With the 3 articles that I wrote for the companies sponsorship deal with Chris Sports, I was able to deliver 10% more traffic for treadmill searches and inquiries on their website. I also managed a group of 4 interns for a project presentation on sport-specific modules which the companies' coaches will use for future training sessions.

Through advertising Flyweight Fitness' class passes and promos on Facebook and Instagram respectively, I was able to garner 20% more memberships for the company. I also was successful in updating 20 existing clients' accounts once a week by sending emails about ongoing promos, expiring class passes, and/or outstanding balances that they needed to settle.

I compiled 50 customer feedback complaints which resulted in 20% earlier arrival times for coaches who were notoriously late. Through cold-emailing 20 prospective teams daily, I was able to attain my goal of 1 team to accept a facility visit for sponsorship deals.
