About Me

I have three years experience in customer service, Fraud prevention and mitigation, Loan repayment default as well as Loan plan advisement.

Presently i work with Ecobank with their call centre technology and operations facility.

I advise customers on loan packages suitable to their lifestyle and means of income, e.g Salary, registered business or unregistered business.

I calculate repayment plans, Loan tenure period and best loan packages e.g mortgage, salary advance, microfinance etc.

My work requires me to work with Microsoft word, EXCEL, POWERPOINT and Complaint resolution software (CRM) as well as salesforce daily but more importantly i work with Loan calculating software used to determine variables of loans best advised or sold to a customer.

Previously i worked as a Tele-sales agent for Jumia selling products at a commission on the e-commerce website.
