We are looking for a virtual assistant to support our Country Head of Nigeria . You will manage tasks that are vital for SkilledUp Life’s growth such as data entry, creating reports, contacting potential partners, keeping track of partnership statuses, organizing meetings, and other organizational tasks. This would be an invaluable opportunity to build the necessary skills required for an Executive Assistant role. Although no special skills are required, you will need to be fluent in English and possess good interpersonal communication skills.

 

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆

• Fluent in English
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Conscientiously preparing various documents and completing data entry tasks.
• Contacting Individuals via Email and Chat
• Basic Researching
• Accurately recording information on Google Sheets
• Using Google Workspace software: Docs and Sheets
• Be self-motivated and be a self-learner who can work with minimal supervision.
