About the Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and motivated  Country Leader Volunteers to join our team and play a crucial role in building, managing and supporting our country teams across various regions, while assisting in the execution of effective country-specific strategies. As a Country Leader Volunteer, you will work closely with our country teams, assisting in administrative tasks, assessing performance, recruitment and training to help us achieve our company’s mission.

 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with country teams in to broadening our operational presence within the country.
• Assist in recruiting and training new volunteers.
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of country team activities, progress, and achievements.
• Participate in virtual meetings with country teams to gather updates, provide guidance, and address challenges.
• Monitoring team performance and scheduling training as required..
• Assist in  generating ideas for improving country team performance and impact.

 

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment with diverse teams.
• Interest in and understanding of international development, social impact, or related fields.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve.

 

Duration:

• Ability to commit 2-3 hours per day.
• 3 months ( 60 working days)
• Remote

 

Acquired Experience and Skills

• Gain practical experience in international development, strategy execution, and team coordination.
• Develop valuable skills in communication, project management, and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Networking opportunities with like-minded volunteers and professionals across regions.
