As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate Content Creator Volunteer to join our team and contribute to our marketing initiatives.

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales and Customer Acquisition Volunteer to help us reach out to potential customers  and close sales (sign up to coaching packages/trainings). The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers through outbound and inbound inquiries. This opportunity is suited for anyone who wants to learn and practice sales skills.

You will be supported and trained when needed for sales conversion, handling objection

Requirements:

• Fluency in English Language – both written and spoken.
• Undergraduate degree or similar education.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent persuasion skills.
• Ability to be responsive within a remote work setting.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred but not a must.
• Dabbling with (previous experience) sales is a big plus.
• Excellent record keeping.
• Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational skills, including prioritizing, time management, and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism.

Volunteer Activities:
Working with the CEO, your Volunteer role will include all or a selection of:

• Prospecting – identifying companies and reaching out to decision-makers.
• Identify and research potential clients
• Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
• You’ll be making phone calls or Whatsapp calls and sending out emails
• Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
• Communicate ideas and solutions effectively in order to maintain positive, ongoing business relationships and customer service.
• Selling our product and service.
• Converting.
• Document all activities.
• Provide timely updates.
• prepare a crowdfunding opportunity

You have significant freedom to evolve within your role. Challenge the existing systems and processes and continually improve them. You will gain experience and skills toward a career in Sales & Customer Acquisition. You will also gain demonstrable evidence that could help you with career prospects.
