Details About Opportunity

People in the HR team oversee any people-related needs that arise within the management of the company. They often manage recruiting, hiring and end of contract, as well as onboarding new hires and managing the orientation process to get employees set up in their new roles. HR teams should also keep detailed employee records.

HR executive will manage the sourcing of Volunteers from SkilledUp Life.

What you will do:

As part of the recruiting process, you should help create and posting job descriptions, searching for qualified volunteers to apply for the open positions, screening candidates and conducting interviews. This responsibility plays a leading role in developing the organization.
Conduct unionized work environments, as helping in strengthening the relationships between managers, supervisors and the employees.

  • Sourcing of Volunteers.

  • Off-boarding of Volunteers.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience in HR or management (preferred)
  • Knowledge in consumer electronics and the retail environment (preferred)

  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent record keeping.
  • Attention for details.
  • Interest in technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and features
  • Self-starter with a strong commitment to driving results
