Project Leader - Lead a team of 8 international students, from British, China, Israel, to complete mobile app design, development. Propose, implement digital project management tool – Jira, to distribute task, and list, monitor teammate KPI: deadline, deliverables, milestone. Provide ad-hoc support when progress visualised as slow. Project pipeline reduced by 20%. - Consult client – West Midland Combined Authority (simulated) to build up a real-time bin tracking app, using JSON. - Supervise entire app development lifecycle, from requirement gathering, design (using Figma, wireframe), UAT to delivery. Actively draft, conduct multiple UAT test procedure by referencing competitor best practise. Expected to award 70%.
Adobe Software Engineering Project
HPSHCC, Hong Kong
Project Leader - Created an Adobe Flash Software Program - an interactive user interface in the form of a story conversation, using ActionScript. Actively managed entire app developing lifecycle, from user requirement gathering, design (wireframe, scenario setting), project management to debugging using agile methodology. Awarded first class honour.
