About Me

Currently, I am working remotely for FlavorWiki, a company based in Switzerland and the USA. In my role, I am responsible for organizing the CEO and sales team’s schedules, managing calendars, and preparing materials for meetings. I also provide post-meeting follow-up notes and remarks, ensuring effective communication and action items are properly documented. Additionally, I maintain and update sales and customer records, file various sales and marketing documents, and assist in making offers and pricing models. My ability to manage team-wide communication and meet deadlines consistently contributes to a smooth workflow and enhanced productivity.

Prior to my current role, I worked as an Enterprise Business Operation at TELKOMSEL with Infomedia Nusantara. During this time, I handled B2B, B2C, and B2B2C customers, acting as a bridge between the Account Managers, customers, and the company. I supervised and advised Account Managers and customers based on their requests and problems, ensuring timely resolution of technical requirements and handling customer inquiries, activations, deliveries, and after-sales services. Additionally, I organized daily, weekly, and monthly reports and successfully managed a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment.

Furthermore, my experience as a Regional Account Management Support at TELKOMSEL with Kinarya Alihdaya Mandiri provided me with valuable skills in supporting the Sales Account Manager, validating agreements, handling customer complaints, and analyzing client concerns. I effectively communicated with clients and assisted in document renewal or expired agreement processes.

In my earlier role as a Customer Service Representative at TELKOMSEL with Infomedia Solusi Humanika, I excelled in handling consumer customers, meeting KPIs, creating and solving technical requirements, and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. I thrived in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service and achieving top performance within the team.

I started my career working in the field of administration, honing my skills during my tenure as an Administrative Assistant at PT. Anugerah Karya Sukses.
