About Me
As an Agile Business Analyst with a marketing strategy background, I’ve collaborated extensively with diverse teams across Africa to execute campaigns across multiple regions. Recently, I spearheaded a language learning web application project, where I meticulously crafted Terms of Reference (TOR) and devised a communication plan to engage stakeholders effectively. I’ve documented and mapped out key stakeholders, leveraging my marketing expertise to develop user personas and conduct competitive analyses to clarify product positioning and target audience.
In addition, I’ve conducted thorough GAP analyses and played a pivotal role in crafting user stories and defining acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with project goals. Utilizing my marketing acumen, I’ve contributed to business process modeling and wireframe creation. I’m adept at utilizing Azure DevOps to manage backlogs and oversee sprint progress.
Furthermore, I’ve demonstrated proficiency in tools such as Draw.io for process mapping and mockup creation, as well as collaborative platforms like Trello, Basecamp, and Slack. My diverse skill set and hands-on experience equip me to drive successful project outcomes and foster effective collaboration across teams.
I’m looking for challenging opportunities to further explore my project management skill sets as a volunteer in a team.
