An intermediate level trainee in the tech and design space pivoting into User Experience (UX) possessing an inate sense for arts & designs with a demonstrated history as an administrative personnel for over a decade.

• Providing administrative support. • Organizing company records, overseeing department budgets and maintaining inventory of office supplies. • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times. • Bookkeeping and paying approved bills – Documenting receipts/invoices, composing financial reports on a weekly or monthly basis. • Coordinating schedules, organizing and planning meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone (or the concerned company in the group) is kept current of necessary company news and information. • Gathering and organization paperwork on all employees in the office. • Updating internal organization documents on-site and sending out approved office-wide emails. • Setting up meeting rooms for upcoming meetings/events.
