Recognised patron’s frustration with task steps. Collaborated with the design team to create a more efficient information architecture, resulted in 1 fewer step. Faced the challenge harmonising aesthetics with functionality. Co-operated with design and dev teams to achieve a harmonious blend, culminated in a boost in conversion rates by prioritising key design elements. Acknowledged that customers abandoned the step of checking out as it was confusing for them. Applied one-page checkout, offered guest checkout options and minimised form fields.
