Hi I am Nasariya Saeed.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (HR option).

I am currently a client retention officer at Old Mutual Life Assurance formerly known as Provident Life Assurance located at Airport, Accra- Ghana.

I am an energetic and smart individual with over 3 years’ experience in customer service and providing exceptional service to customers. I have practical knowledge in life insurance and investment products. I can easily sell life insurance and investment products to customers both in person and on phone.

I completed a virtual assistant program with ALX. This has equipped me with top technical skills such as the use of Microsoft office tools, Canva, Slack and Google workspace. It has also equipped me with soft skills such as Project management, online Research, planning and booking travel, leadership skills, administrative skills, and growth mindset.

I am currently actively looking for an opportunity to join a company that is focused on individual growth and self- development. I am interested in a full-time job as a Client Service officer. I am passionate about Human Resource, working and managing people and I believe my years of experience has equipped me for the job market. Thank you.
