Operations
Rally Road
-Performed Fair Market Value Analyses to determine a monetary range that the Procurement team would reference during bids for target assets as well as initial offers for asset buyouts. -Researched the sales of assets comparable to Rally's and updated the app to reflect market trends while staying within SEC guidelines. -Put together company-wide memo to disseminate information pertaining to assets that would be going through an I.O in the app. -Responsible for daily reconciliation of Rally's trading account to make sure it aligns with both the bank and an independent third party. -Created training guides that are used to onboard freelancers, reducing the learning curve, enhancing operational performance and reduced labor expenses by developing and optimizing standard practices.
