I am a young graduate who is ready to work effectively and efficiently to attain organizational goals with my over 5 years experience in Finance and Administrative roles. My effective planning, organizing, prioritization and follow through of key organizational goals are an ideal match for advertised position and will bring value to your company.

My career has seen me through Multinational companies as Vodafone Ghana and Teletech U.S.A, Financial Institutions as Stanbic Bank and Fidelity Bank, as well as a Fintech company, GH4hub Ghana. I had the opportunity to learn new skills and opportunities and also impact such knowledge on others through enormous training and hard work.

I maintain a functional office environment while discharging my administrative duties. I am very innovative and a good team player in using methodical approach in problem solving. I appreciate collective efforts and collaborate productively within group settings. I am competent with finance and customer relationship management and note taking with proficiency in line with finance and administration operations. My customer service skills and leadership abilities will serve to support your continuous  organizational goals.

I respond to requests in a timely manner and adapt to multiple projects. I am also familiar with software and applications such as Microsoft Office tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Zendesk, Siebel, Remedy tools, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally. I always ensure;

Formidable policies and procedures to attain organizational goals and various Key Performance Indicators(KPI’s) in place.
Building a solid relationship with clients after Customer Engagement.
Handling of Customer Relationship Management tools, reporting and documentation with efficiency and accuracy.
Monitoring and evaluating systems to ensure that actual results are in line with budget or forecast.
Maintaining a healthy working relationship with teams and other departments.
