Introduction:
I am Kader Naseera Begam, I have studied B.Tech in Information Technology which is equal to a B.S. in the USA. I have worked as a senior software engineer at Veryx Technologies from 2011 to 2014. I have a career break of 10 years because of the visa laws in the USA. I entered the USA on a dependent Visa (H4), Since I don’t have EAD I couldn’t work.

- Installed and Tested the SDN Controllers like Opendaylight, Opencontrail and HP VAN SDN Controller
- Hands-on experience with various SDN Controllers architectures and its Platforms (OSGI Framework) and verifying its flows in the Dataplane.
- Demonstrated Openstack/Cloudstack elements installation and Virtual Machines instance creation with various images (e.g. qcow2, img ..etc)
- Good experience in the Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) and Installed Network Functions (Switching/Routing) in Virtual Machines using the KVM hypervisors

- Tested E-Line, E-LAN and E-Access Metro Ethernet Services for Overture Ethernet Services Products (OVN1400, OVN4800 and OVN6500)
- Provided the Extended support for CE2.0 Certification
- Hands-on experience with Linux shell scripting/commands (kernel loading and Service Status setting and debugging) for various test environments
- Tested OAM features –Link-OAM, IEEE 802.1ag CFM & Y.1731
- LLDP Functional and sanity Testing
- Tested L2/L3 Protocols that includes Link Aggregation, OAM over Ethernet/SONET(OC-3)/T1/E1 interfaces in OVN6000 Products
