Hi there! My name is Julia. I am an enthusiastic and multi-skilled Administrative Professional with 3 years of experience in an offshore human resource role.

The skills and knowledge I have learned from my current role have given me the confidence to take on the challenge of pursuing another stage in my career. I’m currently looking for a remote work opportunity. If you have any openings, hit me up!

● Ensures timely resolution – cases, requests, and queries are responded to within the defined SLA with a high level of accuracy and customer support (96% accuracy rate) via inbound calls and emails
● Technical Support – systems navigation and troubleshooting (PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, Success Factors, Cornerstone-Mylearning)
● Manages timely updates of HR processes/policies for the team’s knowledge library
● Case Management – assigned cases for the team to work on daily
● Investigating and resolving escalations

ACHIEVEMENTS

● Subject Matter Expert – key point of contact for business stakeholders regarding the team’s processes
● Process Improvement – facilitated process improvements and initiatives that saved cost and time for the company (saved .60 FTE for the team)

How did I help the team?

● Training new members of the team and hosting the quarterly refresher of HR processes
● Assisted with sourcing potential applicants, interviewing, hiring additional team members
● Managing daily audits and reports of the team’s data entry and documents (ex. Service letters/employment verification, People Soft data entry) for release for quality assurance.
● Planning and organizing team meetings, activities and trainings/refreshers
