Submit monthly report using KOBO Collect smart phone to ensure that the activities are documented effectively and in a timely manner. Supervised Health, Education and Social Protection as the project thematic areas. To ensure that all meeting held must be (Gender Equality and Social Inclusion –GESI) sensitive. Supervised health centers on the quarterly drugs availability on free quality drugs for pregnant women, lactating mothers, under five and persons with disability (PWDs). Supervised CHO or Nurse in charge and other staff, Facility Management committee (FMCs) and ANC attendance, population of catchment communities benefiting from the health center. Worked with the health centers to see that reproductive health services are available for people to have access to it. Gave support to persons with disability (PWDs) to make sure that all public buildings have ramps. Support District council in their yearly need assessment survey and also trained Ward Development Committees (WDCs), Ward Councilors on their roles and responsibilities. Worked with line ministries MSWGCA and Family Support Unit on gender based violence. Implement activities in line with service delivery on Health, Education and Social Protection in Falaba District in line with the project objective and strategies. Info graphic presentation of Social Protection, Education and Health related issues at district and ward level. Collection of data and Coordinate in the implementation of the various field activities of the project and Falaba district and to collate the various field reports and present to the Program Officer. Build relationships with Ministries, Department and Agencies and Chiefdom Authorities. Provide mentorship and training to Social Protection, Education and Health. Attend Sector Meetings on Health, Education and Social Protection in order to support and strengthen project work Plans and ensure that all program activities in Falaba districts are carried out effective and ensure participation of all stakeholders Ensure SLSAV financial management guidelines of the project are strictly adhered to. Coordinate networking with other initiatives promoting citizens access to quality government service delivery in Falaba districts by engaging Ward Councillors and other Chiefdom Structures on Service delivery. Review and edit case studies and ensure the dissemination of theses case studies to share achievements and lessons learned from the project implementation. Represent SLSAV/SABI in district coordination platforms by raising their profiles in Falaba districts. Mainstream gender in project implementation in target communities/WDCs to mobilize people of influence to support community engagement and for service delivery. Organize policy literacy activities in the district on social services Work with community drama groups to support awareness creation activities of the project. Support the establishment of Project Complaints Response Mechanisms Organize interactive sessions between communities and local councils Writing of monthly reports and also quarterly reports Organize district levels Services Summits Ensure to read all SABI GESI document and take deliberate actions to ensure gender equality and social inclusion throughout project
