I am Unyime Richard, an accomplished Executive assistant and Customer Service professional with over a decade of relevant experience.

In the role as an Executive Assistant, I streamlined scheduling systems, facilitated high-level meetings, managed a steady stream of travel, and enabled the CEO to be as productive and focused as possible on business-critical matters. In addition, I have spent the past 5+ years working as customer support specialist for various SaaS companies. Here, I resolved account and technical issues, earned stellar customer satisfaction marks, and provided recommendations to improve products and services.
