About Me

Most recently, I worked as a Business Manager for a Small-sized service company. It was a jack-of-all-trades type role where I was responsible for overseeing business operations across departments. My duties included hiring new staff, conducting office meetings, and coming up with proactive strategies to improve productivity and employee morale. Ensured the services and products delivery were of high quality, created cross-team reports for the marketing, product, and service team, and ensured consistent scheduling and inventory.

My previous experiences have been in office administration, where my duties were helping team members achieve company goals. Then I took a 6 months break to learn new skills such as SQL, FIGMA, Tableau, Product management, Data analytics, and Web design so I can launch a career change into a Tech role. I believe working in the Tech industry avails me the opportunity to solve problems to will impact more people.
