About Me
I have been working at Bina Sehat Hospital for more than three years, for two years I worked as head of human resources and one more year I served as head of hospital licensing. As the head of human resources at the hospital I take care of HR activities (performance appraisal, workforce planning, payroll, promotion, demotion, rotation, and hospital business planning in the HR field) and as head of hospital licensing I work on hospital operational licensing, doctor practice licensing and liaise with various government agencies in my working area. I spent two years in the position of head of human resources where my contribution was to improve the employee performance appraisal system, create KPIs, adjust duties and job titles, and discipline employees. in my current position I provide various facilities in licensing and negotiating with government agencies (licenses that have been issued where environmental permits, business licenses, operational licenses, health worker practice licenses and various other licenses).
During this period, I have learned so much about the values of teamwork and commitment, how to win, how to work hard, how to concentrate and focus on goals, and how to balance my time and priorities. Additional experience in other fields such as an contract in a BPN Kanwil banten can increase my value to your company for Legal Advisor. I enjoy thinking, learning, and working.
