About Me
When I did my first User-centered design project , it clicked with me. The principles of User centred design is thinking 100% from the user’s point of view and advocate for them.
Previously, I worked in Fashion Design. However, that never really fully worked out for me.
I think what was not working for me was the old-fashioned culture in these companies. And the principles of UCD are not always applied in fashion, to be honest. 😂
I found out that technology companies have outstanding cultures where it is all about collaborating with each other cross-departmental.
That is why I started the Professional Diploma at the UX Design Institute which I finished now in May 2022.
Now, I am excited to transition to the role of an UX/UI Designer.
I am design-focused, detail & people orientated, always searching for the best solution with the user in mind.
As you can see from my LinkedIn recommendations, I am a hard worker and am especially strong at collecting feedback from different teams with different perspectives and bringing them together on one page.

Completed a 6 months’ program on UX design. During this program, I’ve learnt about usability testing, competitive benchmarking, online survey, affinity diagram, customer journey map, customer empathy map, design principles, workflows, wireframes & mid/ high fidelity prototyping.

Work & Experience
UX Designer – Conductor
Numa
Completed an unsolicited redesign project at Numa. In this project, I redesigned a web application that allows users to book hotel rooms through an aggregator website.

SDR coaching
Achieved 2% conversion rate via cold outreach prospecting, cold calling and LinkedIn messaging. During this time, I have learnt to become resilient towards rejections and achieved breakthroughs by truly understand customers’ needs with rapid approach reassessments.
Fashion Designer

Own whole design to production cycle. Designed and delivered 2 entire collections from research, storyboarding, hand/ computer sketching to final prototype, tech pack handover and production coordination.
