We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Volunteer User Acquisition Specialist to join to join our dynamic marketing team.In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping us expand our reach and acquire new users for our company’s products or services. You will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our customer base through various digital marketing channels.This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing and looking to learn new skills.
Activities:
- Assist in developing and implementing user acquisition strategies to drive growth and expand our user base.
- Posting jobs (volunteer opportunities) on Linkedin and other recruitment sites and social media sharing under the direction and leadership of the Head of Talent Acquisition.
- Engaging with users through headhunting and commenting on targeted posts.
- Collecting and uploading contacts to email marketing software to run email campaigns and drive signups.
- Monitor email campaigns for conversion rates, identify trends and suggest changes to improve performance.
- Hosting Linkedin Audio Events and other events.
- Guiding candidates to sign up and apply through the SkilledUp Life Platform.
- Answering basic questions about SkilledUp Life and the application process from applicants.
- Help create and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media and search engines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in user acquisition and digital marketing.
- Assist in generating regular reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to the CEO.
- Provide support to the marketing team with various tasks and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum conversational English.
- Good work ethic & time management.
- Familiarity with using social media and other basic digital tools.
- Good Public speaking skills are a plus but not a requirement.
- Able to work remotely.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
