About the Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and driven individual to join our team as a Regional Team Lead Volunteer in Nigeria. As the Regional Team Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading strategic initiatives to drive growth and impact within the region. Your role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive regional strategy, identifying revenue-generating opportunities, building partnerships, and managing a team of volunteers to support our company’s mission.

Volunteer Activities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional strategy .
  • Identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities, including partnerships initiatives specific to the region.
  • Build and manage a strong network of potential ambassadors to expand our company’s reach and influence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective marketing and promotional campaigns to attract volunteers and engage the local community
  • Help in Recruiting, on-boarding, and training a team of volunteers to support company’s activities and goals within the region.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations.
  • Represent the company at relevant events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and reputation.
  • Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, volunteer recruitment,  community impact, and provide regular reports to the country head.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Access to reliable internet and communication tools for remote collaboration.
  • Familiarity with the local context and community dynamics in Nigeria, with a passion for driving positive change and social impact.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • Part-time (can render at least 2 to 3 hours per day)
