𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to spearhead our user and volunteer acquisition efforts, with a focus on leveraging LinkedIn as a primary platform for outreach and engagement.This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of LinkedIn marketing and user acquisition.

Activities:

• Lead a team of User/Volunteer Acquisition specialists, providing direction, mentorship, and support to achieve team objectives.
• Optimize the organization’s LinkedIn presence, including the company page and individual profiles, to maximize visibility and impact.
• Create compelling content for LinkedIn, such as articles, posts, videos, and polls, to effectively communicate our mission and inspire action.
• Utilize LinkedIn’s advertising platform to reach targeted audiences and drive conversions, continuously monitoring and optimizing campaign performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, such as Marketing, and HR, to ensure alignment and integration of LinkedIn initiatives with broader company strategies.
• Monitor key performance metrics related to volunteer acquisition efforts on LinkedIn, such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and volunteer sign-up rates.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on the effectiveness of LinkedIn recruitment strategies, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, or volunteer management, with a focus on leveraging LinkedIn for sourcing and outreach.
• Ability in utilizing LinkedIn’s features, tools, and functionalities for talent acquisition and engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with potential volunteers effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, yet collaborative in a team environment.
