Orakly is a unique Q&A-based video content marketing platform that allows professionals, academics and thought leaders to build, reinforce and demonstrate their online profile by answering questions directly from users with 60 second videos. Think answers.com, but with video for professionals.

About the Opportunity

As we have recently gone live with our MVP, we are now looking to grow quickly and scale this multi-language app and engage with users through social media and a viral campaign.

As such, we’re looking for a passionate, driven HR professional to help us build, train and manage a global team of social media professionals and regional marketers. Your first goal will be to find a local contact who can drive user adoption in their region and build traffic to agreed levels.

Our needs

Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
An undergraduate degree or similar education (preferred).
Excellent communication skills.
Have excellent persuasion skills.
Excellent record keeping.
Access to influencers or marketing professionals (preferred)
Self-learner and ability to execute tasks without any supervision.
Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism.

Activities

Working with our founder your Volunteer role will include but not be limited to:

Establish an HR framework
Building a global social media / marketing team
Motivating and coaching the Volunteers.
Demonstrating Orakly
Managing the team, training and record-keepin
