As an HR Manager at our dynamic software and media company, you will play a crucial role in shaping our talented team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee development and support. Your mission? To create an inclusive, positive work environment where our music artists and staff can thrive.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Hiring:

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring decisions.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster positive relationships between employees and management.
  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Promote a healthy work culture that values diversity and inclusion.
  • Implement policies and procedures to maintain a respectful workplace.

Staff Development:

  • Create and execute training programs for continuous learning and growth.
  • Support career development and performance management.

Performance Management:
