About Me

As a holder of a Professional Diploma in UX Design, I have acquired an extensive set of skills and knowledge in user research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction and UI design, information architecture, and more.

What sets me apart is my foundation in social sciences, particularly my studies in sociology and psychology. I believe that truly effective design stems from a genuine understanding of users’ needs and desires, which is why I am dedicated to conducting thorough user research, employing both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, and leveraging tools like surveys, interviews, and usability testing to uncover valuable insights.

Once equipped with insights, I excel at translating them into tangible solutions. I am proficient in using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD to create interactive prototypes that bring ideas to life.

Additionally, my dedication to inclusivity aligns with Teach First’s commitment to ensuring all students have access to quality education. I have actively worked to ensure accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities, following industry standards such as WCAG 2.0.During my involvement in a project to design a flight booking app, I conducted research with a diverse range of users, including those with learning difficulties such as dyslexia, to guarantee the app’s accessibility and usability for all users.

I am also well-versed in agile and scrum methodologies, and my coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript enable me to collaborate seamlessly with software developers, ensuring the successful implementation of designs. Additionally, my proficiency in software tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign allows me to craft visually engaging designs that resonate with users.
