About Me

A bachelor of psychology who have interest in HR field. Currently working as Administration Staff at Dinas Bina Marga Jabar and HR Intern at GAO Group. Also, I have intern experience in PT Lenzing, where I have been involved in various aspects of human resource management, particularly in recruitment. During my time there, I have gained a wealth of knowledge about the recruitment process, including sourcing, headhunting candidates, CV screening, conducting interviews, creating candidate reports, job analysis, and conducting research on work engagement. This experience has provided me with a strong understanding of HRD principles and best practices in the field.

I hold a CHCO certification from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP), which validates my competency in human resource management. This certification encompasses a comprehensive understanding of HRD roles, employee management policies, organizational development, and legal aspects related to labor relations.

I have participated in several relevant training programs, including beginner tech recruiter, compensation and benefits, HR competencies (tax regulations, SOP creation, scorecard, and labor laws), as well as Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) techniques. These trainings have sharpened my skills in compensation management, tech recruitment, boolean search, benefits administration, labor law comprehension, and effective interview techniques.
