Education
University of Benin
As an English graduate, I'm really good at understanding and analyzing all kinds of writing. I can dig deep into books, poems, and articles to find their meanings and themes. I'm also great at expressing myself clearly both in writing and orally, whether it's in essays, speech or emails. Basically, I love words and figuring out what they mean and how they work together to create meaning. Also, as an expert in teaching, I understand the need to communicate effectively with stakeholders ,students and the media . I provide and prepare school curriculum, grade the student's work and teach them to work hard and be responsible.
Chartered Institute of Project Managers of Nigeria
I served as the project manager overseeing initiatives that impacted 220 participants in Lagos State. In the LSETF/USADF program, my responsibilities included coordinating program activities, ensuring project milestones were met, managing resources effectively, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. We incorporated technology to make learning interactive and enjoyable. Through effective project management, we were able to meet project goals, enhance participant outcomes, implement successful strategies and contribute to the success of the program. "As project manager for Fred NGo's initiative, I led a project focused on empowering abused women through makeup training. Our program provided not only valuable skills but also a safe and supportive environment for these women to rebuild their confidence and independence. Through proper planning, resource allocation, and collaboration with stakeholders, we successfully trained and supported a significant number of women, helping them regain control of their lives and futures. Our efforts not only transformed the lives of the participants but also contributed to the broader community by addressing an important social issue.
