About Me

I’m Yuze Wu, you can also call me Gloria. I graduated from the University of Amsterdam and have nearly one year and a half of experience in human resources industry.

Please allow me to share my experience and strengths in three aspects:

Firstly, building relationships. For me, the foundation of human resources is not just about filling positions, but about creating connections. In my past roles, I have been involved in recruiting processes for over 300 candidates and managed to connect with 40 recruiting experts within just two days. I also handled relationship management for over 100 clients and fostered cooperations.

Secondly, Execution and Leadership. I have worked with clients from various industries such as energy, IT, construction, banking, and finance. In a project for ICBC, I successfully planned and executed a recruitment process for 400 candidates in 9 days, setting up 16 interview rooms. In a project for China Resources Gas, I customized assessment tools based on the company culture for 500 management trainees, establishing a solid foundation for future recruitment. I am confident in my ability to execute and lead projects, and I am eager to further develop in a strategic direction.

Lastly, Talent Management. I have participated in numerous talent management projects, delving into assessing employees’ characteristics, psychological states, values, and more. I regularly conduct assessments and interpretations for clients’ employees. Moreover, my background in economics allows me to better understand a company’s business strategy, enabling me to formulate effective talent management solutions. This helps me excel in selecting and retaining the right talent.

Furthermore, I am a passionate learner. I am currently taking professional HR courses on Coursera and also dedicating my free time to learning Dutch. I’m looking forward to joining your team.
