I am a result-driven and positive individual who loves the freelancing and customer support industry with over 5 years of work experience, and helping business owners set up and organize systems for their businesses to run seamlessly is my duty.

I’m experienced in sales, customer service, administrative support, data entry and transcription, labelling and filing electronic documents.

I recently completed a Virtual Assistant training which helped me to acquire and improve already existing technical and soft skills such as Google workspace, Micro soft office tools, attention to detail, growth mindset, project management and presentation skills.
