About Me
I am a former teacher who found my own online-based education platform,
Supertutor Indonesia. Not only teach and handle students’ material, but I
also conduct tutor searches that can meet my education platform
recruitment needs. I manage the full recruitment process for tutors and
selected them by the most match criteria and so does leading my team in
giving the best education experience for students. I am a person who is
highly paying attention to detail and always maintains a comfortable
professional environment. I provide guidance and training for new tutors to
work effectively in their roles. Hence, I develop the ability to work both
independently and in a team. After three years of teaching bilingual
students, I communicate excellently in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
By mastering the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) I
am highly confident that my interest and skill will be just suitable for the role.
