• Successfully spearheaded cross functional teams and delivered Training simulator to of FCHCU (Full Conversion Hydrocracker Unit) plant for M/S HPCL Vizag through various milestones. • Awarded Bravo award for successfully delivering critical model of separation section which aided timely delivery of project. • Saved 20k USD by developing kaizen of cold box section in oleflex process, which ultimately resulted in time saving and higher efficient model with more accuracy. • Tested Unisim competency suite product for various additions of new features and validated the same. • Acted as training coordinator for new hires to make them competent in dynamic model building. • Responsible for schedule planning, budgeting and conducting project reviews with Project Lead / Application Engineer on a weekly basis to ensure project standards are met. • Ensures that the final deliverable meets the functional specifications of the product by doing thorough quality checks.
