Throughout my 12-year career, I have gained invaluable skills and knowledge in product design, customer service management, product development, Identifying product Unique Selling Property(ies), Marketing and sales strategy, and much more.

I am certified scrum master who is eager to continuously apply agile methodologies  to enhance project delivery within small and large teams.
