About Me

Hi there, I am Homero and I would like to briefly introduce myself. I worked at Banco do Brasil for 15 years in which I went through different functions which gave me a huge experience in the relationship with people from different types of clients as well as the diversity of superiors and subordinates. I believe that this is the greatest legacy that Banco do Brasil left in my life. After a few years working as an account manager, I felt the need to change to a technology career as this change was not possible in the bank, I decided to leave.

Since then I’ve been training myself every day, I’ve participated in some Bootcamps (Python and Data Science) and currently I’m dedicating myself to my postgraduate degree in data science and artificial intelligence.

I have a solid knowledge of Python and the libraries like Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib and Scikit-learn as well as a solid understanding of the statistics behind predictive models. I did some web scraping projects, data analysis and treatment and some machine learning models. All these projects are available on my Github.
