About Me

Tolani Odukoya {tolaniodukoya.com} has over 3years of experience working as a youth development strategist and entry level Product manager

He is the Co-founder and Executive director of The Mindset Initiaive For Sustainable Education themindset.org.ng) a social enterprise committed to increasing access to inclusive quality education for poor and vulnerable children in underrepresented and under-resourced communities through mentorship and global citizenship education and holistic human capital development.

He also founded ‘iLab Consult’ a human capital development company that help individuals and students increase their career and employability status by providing and preparing them for opportunities that are best suited for them. At iLab Consult we help young professionals craft CV, personal statement, business proposal and also prepare them for job interviews.

Currently, Tolani is building a health tech startup ‘iKarely Health Limited’ – a digital health care product that help people get health care services at their own convenience ad comfort by connecting them with a health care professional, anytime, from anywhere! This is Africa’s foremost indigenous health care product and the first of its kind in Nigeria.

In addition to being a Harvard Crossroads Emerging Leader where he was mentored by Harvard faculty board and professors, Tolani is a fellow of the young professional Boot camp and United Nation Millennium Campus Network and Global youth Ambassador at Theirworld amongst others.

Following his selfless contribution in the fight against the Covid19 pandemic, he was recognized by the Lacasera group of company and The Future Africa Award as a Covid19 hero and Beating Corona hero respectively.

Tolani is currently studying medicine and surgery at Lagos State University, Nigeria and earned a certification in Civic Leadership from the Young African Leadership Initiative a flagship of Barack Obama’s program.
