About Me

Stacy Narkie Clarke has  worked as a Customer Care Manager at Arcadia Games Ltd. In her previous role as customer care manager at Arcadia Games Ltd, she was in charge of responding and assisting over 25,000 customers on their online gaming platform on issues, enquiries related to our platform. She was then promoted to the position of a social media manager due to her knowledge on the various platforms where she managed the company’s social media platforms and became the personal assistant to the managing director. She assisted on administrative tasks. She searched, recruited and managed tele sales personnel’s and also organized the daily staff meetings and scheduled appointments between the management and external bodies.

She also managed the daily float/sales of the company’s agents on the street and co-supervised the testing of some ebet games as well as assist in getting advertisement deals for the company in both social media and TV.

Stacy is currently attaining a degree in Human resource management at the Ghana institute of management and public administration (GIMPA). I aspire to become an HR consulting expert in recruiting, sourcing, staffing and training. With a growing interest in digital marketing, I am also learning to and building myself in that regard with interest in becoming a freelanced digital/ social media marketer.

She is interest in opportunities in these career fields to stir her towards career excellence and therefore an opportunity to work in an HR role with SkilledUp Life will be a step in the right direction. She is interested in HR related opportunities and Digital and social media marketing/management opportunities.

she has worked as an administrator at TomstarEnterprise, where she sent drafted proposals via email and office delivery to potential clients and assisted the manager on administrative tasks. she received and processed orders for safety equipments to be delivered and also followed up on invoice payments. She also used various search engines to search for potential clients and updated the office database.

As a TV producer and Reporter at Pan African TV, she reported and submitted stories to be edited for the afternoon bulletin and captioned the edited news to be made available in the system for broadcasting. She also worked as a production member on an entertainment show call The Swift Show and at a period produced the Afternoon news bulletin.

Stacy loves  connecting with new people and learning about their lives and backgrounds. She easily finds common interests with strangers and tends to make most people feel comfortable. She finds this skill very useful when working with people.

Working in these respective roles and companies required me to be a team player, hardworking and objective in performing my duties. It pushed me to give my very best at everything and within three to five months, she was entrusted with more duties and tasks as a result of hard work and excellence.
