Hi, I’m Susan Ollor. An ambitious and performance-driven young Human Resource Professional with experience in Compensation & Benefits, Customer Experience and supporting HR Project Management. My experience has exposed me to technologies in improving employee engagement and identifying strategic growth opportunities. As a result, I have a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and navigate complex situations. I am committed to continuous improvement and passionate about incorporating technology into daily HR activities to deliver a better employee experience. I have successfully contributed to Human Resource efforts in translating visions and strategies into actionable goals to improve performance, growth, and profitability. In doing so, I developed and designed function products to boost team collaboration and reduce the learning curve and complexity with the use of data by 40%.
