Part of the responsibilities I carried out at Great Minds Empire, Africa included: Created an enabling environment for participants to share, connect, relate and learn from one another. Research Methodology:: Ensured participants used KII and FGD in carrying out research on the targeted audience based on qualitative research. Organization and management of activities: Planned activities according the the AGILE Project which yielded positive results in implementation of the Kobocollect during the quantitative research.

As Kaduna South Presiding Officer at Africana League, my responsibilities included: Build Connections: Collaborated with team members, mentors and speakers to plan and successfully executed community-building programs that created a positive impact for 200+ Gender Justice Advocates. Administration: Led administrative responsibilities for the training of 50+ staff on: gender based violence, conflict resolution, peace management, girls out of school and handling confidential information.
