About Me

My name is Singa Nxumalo and I’m a graduate of the Durban University of Technology, having completed my Diploma in ICT: Business Analysis in 2022 with 19 distinctions and my Advanced Diploma in ICT in 2023 with 2 distinctions. During my time as a student, I received 3 consecutive bursaries and received the Undergraduate Scholarship Award from my institution as recognition as one of the best-performing graduates via the DHL GradStar Top 100 Award where my capabilities in being a valuable team player and having practical skills easily translated to the workplace were recognized. These achievements give me the confidence to say I have a work ethic that allows me to dedicate myself to tasks in a productive manner that ensures I obtain results of high standards.

My career aspirations surround improving my competency in the field of Business Analysis as I understand the value in being able to generate dialogue for business needs to be addressed, convert them into verifiable and validated business requirements and have those items play a role in data and process modelling operations. This has led to having technical competency in tools such as Power BI, Lucidchart, Hubspot and Python. I strive to work in companies looking to recruit team players to enhance company performance whilst upskilling them.
