About Me

My name is Simone, and my professional journey is rooted in the area of Business Administration.

Before moving to the Netherlands, I had the privilege of working for an insurance company as Administrative Assistant for almost 6 years, where I gained valuable experience and knowledge in various aspects of the business.

I was involved in B2B customer service and support, meeting the needs of our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. Additionally, I engaged in insurance calculations and analysis, using my analytical skills to assess risks and make informed decisions. Document management and report for interdepartmental use were also part of my responsibilities, where I contributed to seamless communication and collaboration within the organization. Moreover, I provided support to sales managers, assisting them in achieving their goals and fostering growth.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Economics. My eagerness to learn and share knowledge has been a driving force throughout my career, and I am continuously seeking opportunities to expand my horizons.

Here in the Netherlands, I am working part-time out of my Business Administration area as warehouse employee. Currently, I am seeking a new and exciting experience in my field, where I can apply the knowledge and skills acquired in my previous administrative roles to contribute significantly to my team. I have a genuine passion for helping people, and this passion translates into my love for the business world.

My aspiration is to establish a long-term and successful career within the Business Administration field. I am particularly enthusiastic about supporting businesses and their staff in optimizing their administrative processes, fostering efficiency, and enabling effectiveness.
