Advertising of Positions  Recruitment and Selection end to end  Monthly and Quartaly check in for the graduate  Updating logbooks and send updates to affected stakeholders  Operationally supporting all programs within Early Careers for Financial Advisory including, Graduates, Vacationers, Trainees and Alternative Career pathways  Ensuring the delivery of an exceptional candidate experience, through managing stakeholder queries and candidates alike  Supporting the Early Careers Lead through maintaining data integrity, reporting and communication writing  Logistically coordinating and managing multiple career events and experiences  Providing timely and insightful reporting on campus campaign data to relevant stakeholders  Identifying and developing initiatives to enhance the candidate experience as well as continuous internal process improvements and facilitate change with solutions  Involvement in national campus recruitment projects as required
