About Me
I’m Ovia Nabilla, 23 y.o fresh graduate from English Department at University of Riau. Right after my graduation, I’ve been working as a freelancer and a research assistant to my lecturers, which causes me to have more than enough experiences in writing and speaking English in an academic and professional setting. Also, I have experiences in operating computer programs, doing research, collecting and analyzing data, writing articles, and making scientific reports in both English and Indonesian.
Talking about personality, I’m actually an introvert, but I’m always open to trying new things that can broaden my horizons. Working as a freelancer, I’m trained to be a self-sufficient and goal-oriented individual. This is because I’ve learned to take ownership of my work, set clear goals, prioritize tasks, and manage my time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high quality results.
My passion is anything related to English language. So, I’m more than excited to face any challenges, particularly related to English, that I can learn from.

I studied in the English Department of Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at Universitas Riau from 2018 to 2022. I managed to graduate with honors (3.90/4.00).

Sumatra English Olympiad (SEO)
• Made and organized questions for the competition • Orchestrated a favorable media campaign for competition promotion • Supervised registration process • Actively communicated and interacted with teachers and participants • Oversaw the implementation of the competition • Responsible for handling participant inquiries and complaints swiftly during the competition
SUBSTITUTE TEACHER
SMPIT Future Islamic School
• Taught English to students from the 7th grade to 9th grade • Developed lesson plans and provided in-class and at-home assignments • Evaluated students’ English skills and achievement
