About Me

My name is Sheba Kabwe from Switzerland. I have more than ten years of work experience in the banking industry. I served as a bank teller, a customer service advisor and credit officer.

Responsibilities

1. Received deposits and made payments.

2. Performed data entry in excel as in the bank a lot of customer information has to be stored on hard copies as well as soft copies.
3. I created customer accounts and attended to customer inquiries.
4. I appraised loan application forms, created loan accounts, disbursed funds and prepared month end reports on loan performance.
I would like to volunteer as a virtual assistant and I am willing to learn new skills. I am available 40 hours a week.
